Playhouses remind us that childhood should be carefree, without abuse of neglect. That’s why Henrico CASA hosts Home for Good® every April, during Child Abuse Prevention Month. We partner with local builders to create, display, and give away one-of-a-kind playhouses that remind us of what childhood should be and can be with Henrico CASA’s intervention and advocacy services.

Our 6th Annual Home for Good® event will begin April 2026.
Our 2026 luxury playhouses are being designed and built by local professionals to reflect the theme: It Takes a Village. This theme speaks to the shared responsibility we all have in protecting and uplifting vulnerable children. At Henrico CASA, we know that no one person can meet all the needs of a child who has experienced abuse or neglect. It takes a network of caring adults – judges, social workers, teachers, family members, and especially CASA Advocates – to surround a child with safety, support, and hope. When our community comes together, we can change a child’s story and help them build a brighter future.
