Playhouses remind us that childhood should be carefree, without abuse or neglect.
The ongoing success of our Home for Good® event shows that TOGETHER we can continue to serve every vulnerable child that needs a voice.

This playhouse was designed by Design Physics Architecture and is being built by RIVERSTONE. The rustic yet modern cabin intends to bring warmth and wonder to the holiday season.

Many thanks to Flourish Spaces, Sauer Properties, Will Bynum, Mechanical Solutions, C&L Electrical, Commercial Plastering & Drywall, Phoenix Roofing, Specified Tile, Pesetti Painting, Contract Lumber, Jacob’s Ladder, Alside, RC Goodwyn Lumber, Little Greene Paint, and CD Hall.

Each $10 donation to Henrico CASA will result in one opportunity to win the Pinecone Cottage playhouse. The event ends at 11:59PM EST on January 11, 2026. A random electronic drawing will be conducted January 12, 2026.

Henrico CASA will deliver the playhouse to the winner up to thirty (30) miles from Short Pump Town Center. The playhouse will be delivered to a driveway, street, or other hard surface identified by the winner that can be reasonably reached via a small forklift.

Any individuals who choose to participate in the Home for Good® event release, defend and hold harmless Henrico CASA in the fulfillment of the delivery of playhouse and/or the administration of the Home for Good® event.

By entering, you will be contacted by Henrico CASA with future correspondences about the program and events.
